A deposit of 25% of total rent payable is required to secure the booking for all bookings of 1 complete week or more
The balance is due no less than 30 days prior to 1st day of scheduled occupancy
A deposit of 1 night is required to secure the booking for all bookings of 6 nights or less
Security / Damage Deposit: $600 (Refundable $600 cheque payable immediately with the deposit. Reconciliation of any incremental costs affecting the “Security Deposit” usually takes 4-6 weeks)
